My daughter who lives at Smith Mtn. Lake called to say that last week,
hearing a commotion in their yard, they went out to see a red tail hawk being
mobbed by a bunch of crows. Suddenly the red tail wheeled on a crow,
grabbed it in his talons, made a few swoops with it and dropped it in my
daughter's yard - dead. Has anyone ever seen this happen before?
