On Sunday, as part of the Seneca CBC, Darrell Schwalm & Stan Shetler located 3
male Redheads and a Northern Shoveler in a small pond between Riverside Parkway
and Broad Run a bit north of the NSTB Building on Riverside Parkway which can
be accessed from George Washington (univ.) Blvd (Loudoun County ADC Map 23 E10).
They relocated the birds later in the week while I saw two male & 1 female
Redheads in the pond about 1:30 pm today along with a juvenile Northern Harrier
which was hunting the area.
