Hello --
I've had several red-headed woodpeckers here for about two weeks. I had
one visit my backyard probably 8 years ago in late winter/early spring
for one day, then a juvenile appeared at a neighbor's feeder for a day in
the winter of 2005. Maybe these have decided to take up residency -- in
time for the breeding bird foray!
