[Va-bird] Red-necked Grebe, Newport News, 3/12/14

Hey all, just saw a Red-necked Grebe in breeding plumage on Lake Maury, viewing 
from the Lion's Bridge.  A scope was helpful.  Also both Greater and Lesser 
Scaup and 1 Ring-necked Duck on the adjacent Kettle Pond, and no scope 
necessary for them.
