Does anyone know of a place within an hour of Roanoke where orchard and/or
Baltimore orioles are still being seen this late in the season? A local
rehabber, Maureen Eiger, is looking for a place to release juveniles of both
species, but rather than just releasing them in suitable habitat, she wants to
hook them up with some of their own kind before they head out for the tropics.
