All: a note for the record keepers out there (THANK YOU)....my husband and I
were downtown yesterday (1/25) and we stopped by Ripley on the way home to
see if we could see our gal.
Sure enough when we got there at 3:10 she almost immediately flew into the
feeder and then went to hang out on the rose bush. She was very alert (and
fluffy!). We stayed about 15 mins and she hung around the whole time just
hunkered down on her branch. She only flew once to the feeder while we were
there.
She looked cold (or maybe I was just projecting since I was FREEZING) but in
good shape.
