The Roanoke Valley Bird Club has a couple of field trips coming up this month.
Tomorrow we'll be going to Claytor Nature Center in Bedford. If you'd like to
join us, meet the group at 8:00 AM, in the parking lot of the Bonsack Kroger on
Route 460. This will be an easy walk along the Big Otter River. Expect wooded
and old field species, and bring a lunch. If you need more information, Call

On March 26, we'll be exploring on Bent Mountain. Meet us at 8:30 AM at the
Bent Mountain Elementary School for a trip with little walking. Call Robin
Austin at 929-9071 if you have questions. Expect early migrants.
