Weather:
Moderate NW winds dying down after 2pm. A few clouds early but clear blue
sky after 11am. 7.3-13.7C. Clear visibility.
Raptor Observations:
Rose says: "Today was colder, difficult sky, and fewer birds. The best bird
today was the late day peregrine." An immature (3-4YR) Bald Eagle at 9:40.
Non-raptor Observations:
24 Monarchs. Ezra spotted two Common Loons. Two large groups of DC
Cormorants came through close together (>100 total). A Yellow-bellied
Sapsucker, 100 Fish Crows.
