Weather:
The sun was out (partly sunny) briefly early but then disappeared by 10am
for the remainder of the day. 100% cloud cover after 10am. Very low, dark,
grey clouds as well as fog moved in after 10am. The fog hung out for a
while and finally lifted, leaving a very low ceiling of thick, grey
overcast skies. Some light rain between 10-11am. Mild N breezes in the
morning decreased to barely detectable breeze after 11am. Temp 20.4-22.7C.
Rain started at 2:30 and persisted into the night. Poor visibility all day
due to fog and/or heavy haze and very low clouds.

Raptor Observations:
A very slow day. Two Bald Eagles: 10:11am 3YR and 11:50am AD. 

Non-raptor Observations:
45 Monarchs
