[Va-bird] Ruby-crowned kinglet and white-eyed vireo return to Burnt Chimney

Yesterday we had our FOS ruby-crowned kinglet and white-eyed vireo in the yard 
here in Franklin County.  We also heard a Carolina wren, the first in a while.  
I don't know about the rest of Virginia, but it seems the cold winter did a 
number on them around here.  And a phoebe has completed her usual nest on our 
front porch.
