[Va-bird] Rufous Hummingbird Confirmed

Bob Sargent, from the Hummingbird Study Group, replied to my email and
the photo is indeed that of an adult male Rufous Hummingbird.  The bird
was seen visiting a feeder in Amherst County on August 29 and 30.  It was
not seen today (August 31).
