The "ramblr" tracking app (for smart phones) might be a good tool for sharing a
birding adventure/ site tracks and overviews. I've been fiddling with it and
wonder if anyone else is interesting in checking it out. It may offer good
potential for sharing birding sites/travels not just with other birders, but
perhaps also for inspiring new birders to join our ranks!
Ramblr strikes me as the most social-friendly tracking app I've seen. It lets
you add photos, video, notes and sound recordings -- all geo-tagged if you add
them along the way w/ a tech-friendly device. You can also edit to add pics
(and more) later...helpful, for example, if you're shooting with a
non-gps-friendly camera. AND you can explore tracks of others across the
globe.
I've written to the app's developer to ask if they'll consider adding "birding"
to the "activity" list...will let you know what I hear. I'd also be glad to
have input from any of you so inclined.

attempt to document the YT Vireo nest site:
