There will be another Birdwalk for kids this Saturday August 16 at 8
a.m. at Meadowlark Gardens. Everyone is welcome, especially children of
all ages, beginning birders, and experts, too (we could always use a
couple more leaders!). Meadowlark is off Beulah Road in Vienna, VA. For
directions and info: http://www.nvrpa.org/meadowlark.html. There are
wide paved paths for easy walking and strollers. The walk should last
about an hour and a half, but no need to stay for the entire time. Feel
free to contact me if you need more info. There will be no admission
charge. Hope to see you there.
There will be two more dates: Sunday Sept. 14, and Sunday October 19.
