Hannah and I birded Back Bay this morning. It was not as birdy as I had
hoped. The highlight was 2 Sedge Wrens singing to each other from opposite
sides of the East Dike Trail approximately 1 mile south of the visitor's
center. The only other notables were 2 Black Terns and a Cattle Egret that
was associating with 2 juvenile Little Blue Herons. Purple Martins and Tree
Swallows were abundant.
