I arrived fairly early at Green Spring Garden this morning and could hear the
chip notes from the Hummingbird as soon as I got in the vicinity of the feeder
and environs. I spotted it and then it was gone. It returned again after 15
minutes or so and stayed for a while. Others were observing it when I had to
leave at 8:45. I got some photos, which I have not yet downloaded, but the
harsh morning light directly on the bird will not make for great photos,
certainly not as good as those already posted by Paula Sullivan.
