[VA-bird] Silver Lake Regional Park Long-tailed duck

The male Long-tailed Duck continues in the quarry at Silver Lake. The windy
day had many birds taking shelter but we managed to find a few places with
birds. Highlights include 3 Purple Finches and a Hermit Thrush in the
woods, 9 Scaup in the lake, and 4 Bufflehead Ducks, a female Merganser and
Long-tailed duck in quarry.
