During a lull in the cold rain yesterday at Sky Meadows suddenly many birds
appeared, including a a flock of 38 Bluebirds moving along the edge of the
woods at the Snowden Trail. I don't remember ever seeing a flock of them this
large. I observed more Bluebirds in other areas of the park.
Snow still covers the ground in patches in the woods at the park from last
Saturday's storm.
The usual species were seen and observed, including Red-headed Woodpeckers.
