Hi,
Come out to Sky Meadows for good birding this Saturday April 2. Start at 9am,
lasts two hours, meet near the Visitor Center. Learn how to ID the many
sparrows
that should be passing through at this time. Maybe some other early spring
migrants as well as woodpeckers, ravens, etc.
Walk will be on trails and lawn, flat to sloping and no more than 2 miles. Park
opens at 8am if you want to bird earlier.
I've ended my regular bird/butterfly surveys there but I look forward to
leading
a few bird walks this year.
