Weather:
Weird, variable winds. Dense overhead clouds sliding SW, but the wind
through the gap blew mostly from the west. A blue hole opened overhead
about 11:30 to let in a bit of sun.
Raptor Observations:
All our birds came during the 11 o'clock hour. The Broadwings flew quickly
across the ridge from NW to SE.
Non-raptor Observations:
Monarchs 7, Chimney Swifts 12
