Weather:
Cold temps with brisk west wind turning more NW after noon. Partly cloudy
skies cleared completely by 2pm. Gusts to 23 mph.

Raptor Observations:
All migrants traveled low along the west side of the ridge, except the
final GOEA, high and impressively steady well above the ridge in the
howling wind.
Two adult BAEA flew close together, curving and twisting in parallel sweeps
and swerves as if dancing, before wafting back to the north, side by side.
