10-12 with gusts to 22mph. Zero clouds.
Raptor Observations:
Pretty steady flow of RTHA down the west side of the ridge. Still getting
non-migrating BAEA wandering back and forth.
Non-raptor Observations:
One V of 40 migrant Canada Geese. 32 Waxwings.
