I just got back from the Upper Occoquan Sewage Authority in Centreville,
where I found an immature Snow Goose (Blue Morph) foraging with hundreds of
Canada
Geese on the lawns. I found 11 collared Canada Geese and I will report these
to the Patuxent Bird Banding Laboratory. Since I arrived so late, I didn't
really get a chance to scope for other waterfowl....so many Canadas to sort
through!
