Hello all,
Around 9:30 this morning I was walking by the second pond on Vestal's Gap Road
in Claude Moore Park when I saw a Snowy Egret. It was smaller and was feeding
much more actively than a Great Egret. I was able to observe it for quite a bit
to make sure it was not a Great Egret. It flew around the pond a few times in
search of food. It had long, thin black bill, black legs and yellow feet.
