On our trip to the Eastern Shore to sample the CBBT islands with the Augusta
Bird Club (A BIG THANKS!!). we found the following:
1 Eurasian Wigeon at Chincoteague, near the Tom's Cove Visitor Center on
Thursday 11/21
1 Common Eider in the Cape Charles harbor area, seen from the boardwalk toward
the stone jetties on Friday 11/22
2 White-winged Scoters, one on Island 2 and 1 on Island 4 on Friday 11/22
1 Great Cormorant at Kiptopeke on one of the fishing weirs in the bay on
Friday 11/22.
