Greetings to all:
It all started at 0655 hrs when an immature Cooper's Hawk flew into my
backyard and landed on my platform feeder. Later during the day at 1330 hrs
a Red-tailed Hawk flew over the yard and again at 1520 hrs and again at 1605
hrs. And in the middle of all of this I had a Sharp-shinned Hawk soaring
around and around the backyard at 1355 hrs. Therefore I didn't have too
many birds in the yard for most of the day but I did have all three
nuthatches and three species of woodpeckers, a male Downy, a female Northern
Flicker and a female Red-bellied Woodpecker.
Merry Christmas to all & God Bless
