[Va-bird] Tree Swallows at Mason Neck SP

While riding my bicycle to the visitors center at Mason Neck State Park, I
saw a pair of Tree Swallows battling 15 - 20 mile per hour winds.  Kevin, a
State Park employee and Eagle Walk guide, said this was the first day he
has seen them as well.
