[VA-bird] Union Springs Evening Grosbeak update and new contact number

The six Evening Grosbeaks were here several times again this morning. I am
going to be gone leaving Friday, so I will not post updates after Thursday
or Friday this week. I will not be able to give up-to-date info at the
number posted previously. Neither will email inquiries and text messages get
answered. Starting Friday the number to call to ask about birds and give
notice of intentions for stopping by is 540-867-0765. Please make note of
this change. Thank you.
