[va-bird] Update on Pelicans

Several birders on this list have written and asked how the emaciated and 
frostbitten pelicans are doing. The Wildlife Response, Inc. rehabber that is 
caring for those pelicans reports that they are recovering and doing well. They 
should be ready for release in about 6 weeks.
