[Va-bird] Updated VSO/Festival List

The updated VSO Annual Meeting and Birding Festival list of birds includes
the following additions:
American Kestrel
Veery
Black-capped Chickadee
Tufted Titmouse
Tennessee Warbler
Nashville Warbler
Hybrid: Brewster's Warbler
This brings the weekend total to 133 not counting the hybrid. Thanks to all
of the leaders that made this weekend so successful.
