[Va-bird] VA Beach Loggerhead Shrike?

I contacted the folks in Canada, who are involved with the Loggerhead Shrike 
recovery program there. The shrike bred successfully this year and is 
apparently a male. He was last seen in June. Hopefully, the shrike is still out 
there somewhere.
