Just a reminder that the VA eBird site has articles of interest for VA
birders. The latest is from the VA Important Bird Areas Program. The site is
hosted by the VA Society of Ornithology and Coastal VA Wildlife Observatory.
Suggestions for articles are always welcome. In recent years, the
submission of lists to eBird has grown dramatically and this Cornell/Audubon
program is a unique and important citizen-science effort. For those who may not
know, lists can be submitted through the VA site, with easy access on to the
national site if needed, as well.The VA eBird link is also on the left-side
menu of the Observatory at _www.cvwo.org_ (http://www.cvwo.org) .
