[Va-bird] VIOLET-GREEN SWALLOW still there at dusk

Although the light was waning, I got descent looks at the VIOLET-GREEN SWALLOW 
at the Old Trail Golf Course Pond between 7:10 and 7:25 this evening.  Kudos to 
Pete Myers on finding this first state record and getting the word out so 
others could have a chance at adding it to their lists!
