Agree with you totally as my previous post mentioned a few weeks ago. I
know ABA and VSO have a code of ethics but so many people aren't members,
don't know the code or just don't care, they know best. Witness the
craziness at the Springfield Mall for the Snowy Owl and you see the same
thing.
