Sounds a lot like life in the Homo sapiens world.
Methinks Ben Franklin didn't spend enough time observing turkeys. I haven't
either but if turkeys are anything like chickens (and all other birds), they
have their squabbles and wars, bullies and thieves and, of course, pecking
orders.

Methinks Ben Franklin had too much time on his hands. The Bald Eagle
steals the Osprey's fish. The sparrows are always at war with bluebirds
for space. Bluejays and squirrels quarrel over peanuts. Grackles are
bullies. Wrens and downies and nuthatches squabble for suet. That's life
in the bird world.
