Consider BirdsEye, it comes in both Apple and Android versions. Since you
are on eBird it will automatically transfer your eBird records, and you can
manually enter any other records for which you don't have the dates and
locations. There is a basic free version and you can subscribe to get
various lists depending on your particular areas of interest. I've just
started using it as I have exactly the same predicament as you; about 2/3
of my list species are in eBird and my master list is in BirdBase which is
a very old program which requires a lot of effort to integrate with eBird,
and many of my older sightings don't have sufficient detail as to time and
place to transfer to eBird.
