Hi.
Nicole Hamilton, the Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy's webmaster, saw and
photographed a bird in her yard near Waterford, Loudoun Co, and needs some help
identifying it.
It's not a great photo and while I have an idea, other opinions would be
appreciated.
