Hello everyone,
I finished the photo editing process on the Least Bittern seen at Dutch Gap
Conservation Area on June 15. I found a series of two different images that
are
basically the same. One, which I will provide, has a clear view of the Least
Bittern's head. The other image has a portion of the Least Bitterns head
covered by a plant leaf. I am providing several different size images. Again,
they are for personal use only.
One will be for your computer screen. It is sized at 750 x 600 pixels with a
file size of approximately 152 KB.
Another will be for printing a 4 x 6 inch photo. It has a file size of about
391 KB and is set for a 4 x 6 inch print at 200 pixels per inch.
The third file is for printing a 8 x 10 inch photo. It has a file size of
about
5 MB and is setup for 250 pixels per inch. For slower connections this can
take
some time to download. I am aware that this image will print larger than 8 x
10 and that is also permitted.
Be aware that when viewing the 4 x 6 inch and 8 x 10 inch print images on your
computer monitor they may not look clear or focused. (The resolution on your
monitor may not be as great as that of the printable photo.) The colors also
may appear to be incorrect. (Your monitor may not be calibrated.) Please
ignore this and just print them. I imbedded a print profile in the image file
and hope this will work with your printer to give the best, most accurate,
colors of my originals.
Instructions for downloading the images:
Go to http://www.natures-finest-photography.com
Across the top left corner you will see headings: Gallery Menu Cart
Place your mouse over "Menu" and a drop down list appears labeled: Home
Contact Download Dock Whats New Site Help Natures Finest
Photography Blog
Click on "Download Dock". A box appears with a space under the words "Image
Key Number" and a "Submit" button. Enter the "Key Number" that I have provided
below in this space, and click once on the submit button. (Make sure you enter
the Key number/letter exactly as provided.) Another box appears that will
allow you to download the file to your computer.
It will download as ("LeastBitternAtDutchGapCA.............".jpg.zip. After
downloading, click the file to open and your viewable/printable image should be
available. The final image file should end in (.jpg)
