When in doubt, look at structure, not plumage. The proportions seem all
wrong to me for mockingbird. Head is much too big, tail too short, too much
primary projection.
Notice what it's perched in? I'd put money on pine warbler. They can be
very drab. They are also very early migrants. I wonder if this might be a
young of the year already fledged?
