Much thanks for your input! The consensus is: It's a Juvenile Red-Tailed Hawk.
Sorry to bug you over one hawk, but I had a biology professor, well that was
the persons claim, from another state, put me through a bit over my
identification of this hawk as juvenile. We are all human, well, I guess, and
the person probably just had a bad day. Most time he/she is on the money. I
thought my eye sight was playing tricks on me.
It is not my intent to embarrass the person, so I had the moderator, of the
photo site, remove the post. All gone bye bye, I hope.
