Here is a link to photos and video. This thrush appeared at the picnic area in
Monticello park at around 2:30 - it was still around when I left.
It struck me immediately as being small -- it was initially with robins and
looked tiny compared to them. It has extensive yellow in the lower bill,
overall grey wash, but rufous at the tail, short primary projections. The song
and call notes matched bicknell's. It responded to both bicknell's and grey
cheeked songs that were played from an i-phone. Responded immediately to
bicknell's song with identical song.
