I went over to Huntley Meadows this afternoon and I did not see the phalarope.
I did get a Gray-cheeked Thrush and a few warblers, though.

Subject: [Va-bird] RFI Huntley phalarope
Did anyone see it later in the day? Does anyone have sufficient experience
with migrating phalaropes to hazard a guess as to whether it will be around
in the morning? And would it spend the night there, or roost elsewhere?
Gotta work tomorrow, so I appreciate any thoughts about whether it is worth
getting out there at dawn for an hour before work.
Thanks.
