Have folks been seeing Rufous Hummingbirds? A woman in Arlington, VA
contacted me to ask about a hummingbird she is seeing at her feeder. While
the photo taken with her phone is not the best, it looks like a Rufous to
me... just wondering if other folks are seeing any.
