I just had to buy more thistle seed, too! Although in my case it's mostly the
goldfinches that are taking it, just a few siskins. I had thought I'd bought
enough to take me through the winter (I don't feed in summer). But, with
winter holding on so long, I was wrong.
I am getting WT Sparrows.

Well, I know where the Pine Siskins have been - at my house! And they are
still here though in smaller numbers. This week I ran out of thistle seed
and had to buy more. Sadly no WT Sparrows.

A dozen pine siskins and a half dozen white throated sparrows finally coming
to our feeders. Where have they been all winter? Lots of Juncoes this year,
but NONE of the other two.
