Both the Orchard and Baltimore Orioles appeared in the Black Walnut
tree behind our house this morning; however, the pride of place must
go to the 12 Pine Siskin at our thistle feeders this morning between
0715 and 0815.  Our house is located in the suburbs of greater,
downtown, Limeton, about six miles south of Front Royal on US Route

Whip-Poor-Will - 1 (HNS Last night just before sunset)
Ruby-throated Hummingbird - 1

At the ponds on William Vincent Road near Limeton, Virginia, were four
Canada Geese goslings with their proud parents.  Six were hatched on
Sunday, but the turtles have had their way.  Also present were Tree,
Barn, and Northern Rough-winged Swallow.
