As of last Sunday there were no Golden-wingeds or Brewster’s singing. I will
be at Bramble Hill Friday afternoon. Will the team be coming up on Saturday?
I hope so. Because of my health situation I can’t walk around at all, so
unless I hear them singing from the porch, I won’t know whether they are there
or not! Hope they will be buzzing lustily by Friday.

Heard my first Yellow-billed cuckoo behind my house in Blue Grass today. I
have seen several Bobolinks, vesper sparrows, Rose-breasted Grosbeaks at
feeders, Eastern Kingbirds, and a Yellow and Yellow throated warbler in my
yard. Temps are really warming up. After the annual meeting, I plan to
head up Laurel Fork way. THe Golden-winged Warbler team returns this
Saturday so hope to see some of those also this coming week.
