Sitting here watching the Yellow-rump defending an 18"x18" area underneath a
suet feeder. So far has driven away juncos and titmice, but left C. Wren alone.

While we’ve seen Yellow-rumped Warblers in our yard on occasion, yesterday, and
again today, was the first time I’ve seen one come to the feeders to feed.
Mostly the warbler has been eating bits of suet knocked down by other birds,
but has also taken hulled sunflower seeds from a tube feeder. Scott
