My mistake! If you're still curious, I have unhidden the list so that you can
actually view the species! I had intended to hide it from eBirds data, not
from being viewable but I've now learned that those are one in the same.

As part of Richmond Audubon's annual spring Bird-a-thon fundraiser, the
Purple Martians attempted a big day in Metro-Richmond on Saturday (29th).
The Purple Martians are Arun Bose, Beth Oristian and Ellison Orcutt. We just
went for it, there was little planning and we didn't scout or make an
attempt for nocturnal species. We finished the day with 124 species. Not
impressive by VA big day standards but respectable considering our adherence
to Metro-Richmond boundaries. There were a couple of bad misses (in addition
to night birds) but there were also some good gets. Next year we'll be back
with our sites set on bumping our Metro-RVA big day record over 130.
