[VA-bird] Western Kingbird reported at Dyke Marsh

There is a post on the Facebook page, "Birding Virginia" of a Western Kingbird 
reported to be at Dyke Marsh in Fairfax County today. There are photos in the 
post that clearly show a Western Kingbird. Hopefully, we can relocate the bird 
tomorrow.
