Just had a text from Fletcher Smith that a Western (or Western/Clark's)
Grebe is off Rogers A. Smith boat launch near Tabb, York County, VA
presently. He said it was difficult to photograph. If other observers are
nearby, it might be worth taking a look.
Hundreds of grebes (mostly Horned, a few Red-neckeds) were moving off Cape
Charles yesterday, so it seems a good time of year to be looking for (or
at) grebes in the state.
