At the very end of Haul Road - easier to hear (when calling) from the gravel path as you approach the first platform.

In order to get a visual, walk toward last platform. As soon as you pass last tree (hickory?) on left side of boardwalk, walk about 8 more paces and look west. There is a willow tree w. many dead branches. Look past the dead branches to a small Cottonwood (leaning left). WIFL seems to be working that area. Harder to hear if planes are flying by...
